Day Off of School(Nov.11,2008)

Woke up extremely sore today at the not so early hour of approximately 7:15 a.m. Got my surf shit and attire together. Was frothing for a good surf and fun waves. Before i am picked up by my good friend William, I happen to check the wavewatch cam at 56th street. The waves look shoulder high, peaky, and fun. We go on to meet our other friend Josh at Blackies and the tide is coming up(Its small, micro, weak). Anyways besides the point, they intend on just paddling out at the 29th street jetty and just surfing. I on the other hand say we should check out the waves near 56th, but of course I am ignored. We end up surfing the small waves and have a lot of fun, three hours worth and I seemed satisfied with this.I am home now and my dad walks in the room, how was the surf, small but fun i guess, Small? Really?, I saw 56th and it looked super fun and peaky. I proceed to say a certain word(FUCK!) in my head. So I potentially missed fun better waves in return for having fun in micro minnies. That is my story.
